This updated nicely decorated condo has had recent upgrades and is just a short stroll to the beach via the private boardwalk. This is a first-floor unit that is spacious and well equipped for all your needs while on vacation. Large flat-screen TVs in the living area. Bedroom 1 has a King size bed; Bedroom 2 has a Queen size bed and Bedroom 3 has 2 Full-size beds. Great views from outside private sitting area of the common area, one of the pools and all the other nice amenities offered by Island Retreat. You will love your decision to stay here. Laundry facilities on the premises are open during the day and close at night.

We love staying in at Island Retreat. We always stay in IR 41 or IR 43. Very pleased with both. Always clean when we arrive!!

We stayed in two large, three bedroom units: #41 and #43. This unit is very nicely furnished with everything we needed. We ate and played games at the table near the window in the living room. We found the colorful benches to serve as extra seating.

Condo 41 was great the the decorations were beautiful, beds were comfortable but the kitchen needs a little more pots and pans. Also ice marker was not producing as much ice. I turn the switch on and off, but still the same. We all loved it and enjoy it!! Thanks!!!

only thing missing was butcher knifes. Great decor, very clean and quiet. No unreasonable cleaning requests. will come again. kidos for an all downstairs bedrooms. ps we really, really want your pelican pic over sofa.

We came in for a family reunion and had 5-6 condos reserved. IR41 was wonderful. The place was very clean and comfortable and check-in was a breeze. We had six people staying and we never felt cramped. We will definitely come back.

Loved the house; kitchen was well stocked, bathrooms had lots of hanging hooks to keep towels off the floor; everything was clean and decorated so prettily. Would consider staying again next year for our family vacation. Thank you. PS: An especial big THANK YOU for the kitchen table. So many of the other condos didn't have one and other family members in our group were not happy about that. What is a family vacation without a sit-down place for food and game gatherings!
