This is a 1st floor Beach inspired Studio unit with 2 Full Size Beds, kitchen and living. The updated grey and white kitchen have granite counter tops, new appliances including a dishwasher, refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, coffee pot etc. The modern kitchen is also fully equipped with any necessary cookware for your culinary needs. There is a dining table for 2 which can also be used to play games at. The navy wicker loveseat and 2 accent chairs can be arranged to watch the wall mounted TV or just to relax and entertain with guests. There are two Full beds, nightstand and a chest for your beach attire and a full bathroom to accommodate all. Step outside to the private patio and enjoy your morning coffee in the ocean breeze while listening to the waves on the other side of the dunes. Located near downtown Port Aransas, the golf course, shopping, beach access and restaurants. Amenities include TV, wireless internet, access to Charcoal BBQ pits and picnic areas, laundry facilities, 2 boardwalks and 2 Shared Community Pools.

The space was perfect for the two of us. Unit is in the perfect location to be close to boardwalk, pool and tennis court. Nicely renovated with new amenities and cute decorations. We will definitely be back!

We enjoyed staying at this resort. The beach was within walking distance. It was quiet. Room was clean and stayed very cool during triple digit hot weather. Close to town. Town was very busy though, lots of go carts on the roads and it was long waiting time at most restaurants, so I would want to come again during off season.

Perfect size condo for my family. The condo was clean, quiet, updated, and was just a short walk down to the beach via the boardwalk just out our back door. We will definitely be back next summer!

This unit was great. Clean, modern, functional. My only complaint and the reason for the 4 stars is the AC unit. I wish it was central air and not a wall unit. It was hot laying on the side away from the ac unit. Even with the ac fan on constant it would still get hot and you could only feel the ceiling fan until the unit kicked back on again. Other than that the place was great. Would stay here again, just maybe bring my own oscillating fan for the other side of the room.

We were a little concerned at first due to the boardwalk being closed. However, we had a wonderful time. We absolutely loved the location of the condo. We enjoyed the pool and the beach. The condo was beautifully decorated and clean. We hope to visit again next summer!!

2nd year we have stayed here and we will be back again. Clean condos, easy beach access, check in and out is easy. Office staff is so awesome and accommodating. Security is on-site and makes sure no one gets on to the property who shouldn't be there so there is always parking! Pool is kept very clean too!
