• Minimum age to rent is 25, ID Required
• All Vehicles require a parking pass
•  4 Parking Passes per unit, however only 2 vehicles can park at the building and the 3rd and 4th vehicles MUST park across from their building parallel to the curb.
• ALL golf carts MUST be parked parallel to the curb across from the buildings and not in parking spaces. 
• No Grilling within 20ft of any building
