Very clean, quiet and secure property! Close to the boardwalk for beach access! Loved the live entertainment on Saturday evening! Was able to enjoy from my balcony! I do wish there had been wash rags in the units and possibly even black wash rags for makeup removal! Other than that……wonderful stay!

Beautifully upgraded, great view of pool and ocean, love the proximity in the location.

It was very clean. Beach access was about a 5minute walk. Great location. Amenities provided are great (pool, basketball court, tennis court). Rooms were spacious. Restrooms were clean. We would definitely stay here again.

It was my first time renting from Paradise. Every time we would go to the port we would always get hotels. But now that I've found this place. I will never go anywhere else. It was an Awesome experience.

My 3 friends and I found the service prompt and conscientious, the unit was clean and comfortable with a view of the pool and the Gulf. It was well appointed with one exception: needs nicer glassware with more variety of sizes.

We loved staying in this upgraded condo this past week. We have stayed at Island Retreat over the past 10 years and this was the nicest condo to date. The rooms were clean and bathrooms nice and upgraded. A few suggestions for your future vacationers to be even more comfortable- supply hangers in the closets, provide extra blankets in the bedrooms, supply washcloths, and I would recommend NOT providing the scented trash bags, as they were not needed to mask any bad smells but rather put off a horrible “scent” the entire time we stayed. Other than these things, we really enjoyed our time!

This condo was well-equipped and worked out perfect for our family of 4. The pool was very nice and the boardwalk to the beach was convenient. It's close to town, but far enough away that it was quiet. We will definitely try to stay in the same unit again!

There were 3 of us who stayed at the Island Retreat location(IR40) on May 5-8; each of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was an excellent location to the Gulf water/beach and beautiful pool setting. All aspects of the condo’ were just what we needed. Our time spent on the Island was totally enjoyable.

For an older place it was pretty nice and close to the beach. Didn't realize the COVID cleaning fee would be so expensive - it was like $200.
