A beatiful place for a couple or a family with a small child. Easy beach access from this condo. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable bed, and the TV was easy to work. We had to buy K-cups to make coffee, and left the box behind for the next guest. We would definitely book this specific condo again next time.

Very clean and comfortable with all the amenities I would want for a week long stay. Love the fact I didn't have to climb steps. It was an easy walk down to the beach. The beach furniture was an unexpected and wonderful bonus. We were thinking seriously about rebooking sometime this fall.

Location location location is everything and this little spot did not disappoint. Walking distance to the beach via the path which is right next to the condo. Multiple pools for the kids to enjoy and playground. The condo was extremely clean and smelt wonderful. It was the perfect little spot for me and my 2 kids!

I really like that this unit was on the end of the building so it has windows on the sides, not just the back end, for more natural lighting ! The living area is quite large with a trundle bed for extra seating. And a VERY NICE TOUCH was the presence of a humidifier which removed literally gallons of water from the air ! It's so humid in Port A that I struggle to get the temperature of the AC right. The humidifier helped !

Incredible location. Sandfest was right in front of the unit, just a short walk over the boardwalk. Clean and comfortable. We will be back!

Great property in a great location for Sandfest! No need to fight the traffic and parking, just walk down the boardwalk and you're in the heart of the action. Extra security at the property ensured that access was reserved for residents only. This unit has been recently upgraded and had everything needed for a relaxing stay at the beach. Kitchen was very well stocked with ample dishes so that we didn't have to run the dishwasher after every meal. Both a regular drip coffee-maker as well as a Keurig were available. Only complaint was the AC system kept defaulting to 68 degrees, which was too chilly for us during a cool snap. Every time we changed the temp, it reset itself to 68 within a few hours. Ordinarily this isn't a problem at the coast! King-size bed was very comfortable; extra blanket was in the closet in case we needed it. On-site housekeeping shorted us a couple of towels, but this was easily fixed with a call to the front desk. Some light bulbs were burned out - we left a note for maintenance on the counter when we checked out. We will definitely return!

Over all excellent condo. Updated everything!! Ceiling fan in bedroom squeaked and mattress in master bedroom needs to be replaced. Rented through life in paradise company- Brenda was excellent and found the perfect place for us to stay !!

We loved everything about our stay! This unit is immaculate and decorated perfectly for a beach vacation home. It included everything we needed and the short walk to the beach and pool was great. We will be back and hope to stay longer next time!

What a cute place!!! We enjoyed it. The only complaint I had was there was no extra blankets for the forth person. I had a bunch of blankets in my car from various sports. Not big enough for my kids. But we made it work. During the exit and the last visual sweep, we noticed a blanket was in the pantry. It made us laugh. I would highly recommend this place. Location was great. The access to the beach was flooded, but we just waded through it (this is no fault of the owners of course). We will be back!! Thank you!!
